RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 100-Days!
Within 100 days of your order receipt, simply pay for the return shipping to our return address below and we'll issue your full refund immediately after delivery.  For EXCHANGES, as well, we ask that you pay for return shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you.  For exchanges due to shipping error on our behalf, we will happily cover your return shipping expenses as well.  =)

Prior to sending the product back, please e-mail us so that we know to look out for it. Feel free to use any form of packaging and shipping courier most convenient for you.  For packages under 1lb, we recommend going with the USPS First Class Package.

Refund Payment Processing 
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 1-3 business days.  How long it takes for the original method of payment to be credited back into your account will depend on the processing time of your bank or credit provider.
